How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. This email will be sent to the address you used during checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number
If you prefer to track directly on the carrier's website, simply copy your tracking number from the confirmation email and paste it into the tracking section of your carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). This will give you the most up-to-date information about your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Expected Delivery Times
United States: 7-14 business days
International Orders: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you!
Tracking Not Updated?
Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in the first 24-48 hours after shipment. Sometimes it takes time for the carrier to scan packages at each checkpoint.
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 or more days, this could be due to:
- Delays at customs (for international orders)
- High shipping volumes during busy periods
- Weather-related delays
- Package being in transit between scanning locations
In most cases, your package is still moving through the shipping network and will update soon.

- Your US order hasn't arrived after 21 days
- Your international order hasn't arrived after 45 days
- Your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package
